Hasanuddin Law Review (HALREV)
Hasanuddin Law Review (Hasanuddin Law Rev. - HALREV) is an open-access and peer-reviewed scholarly journal that provides an international academic platform for cross-border legal research in multiple governance policies and civil rights law, particularly in developing and emerging countries.
Hasanuddin Law Review follows the principles and ethical standards of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE)
Hasanuddin Law Review was first launched on 16 April 2015 by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Hasanuddin. Since April 2020, HALREV has been indexed in Scopus, marking its recognition as a reputable international academic journal. The journal is published three times annually, in April, August, and December, and is nationally accredited as SINTA 1.

HALREV operates under an open-access publishing model consistent with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). All articles are freely accessible immediately upon publication and are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
