Important Announcement: Platform Migration

Jurnal Penelitian Kehutanan Wallacea is Currently Migrating to Digital Commons

Dear Authors, Reviewers, and Valued Readers,

We are pleased to announce that the Jurnal Penelitian Kehutanan Wallacea (JPK Wallacea) is currently undergoing a significant transition. The journal is migrating from the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform to the Digital Commons platform to enhance our services, improve accessibility, and provide a better experience for our authors, reviewers, and readers.

This migration represents our commitment to adopting global best practices in scholarly publishing and ensuring that JPK Wallacea remains at the forefront of open access dissemination in the field of forestry and conservation research.

For Authors: The manuscript submission system is temporarily paused. We are working diligently to launch the new submission portal on Digital Commons. Once ready, we will announce detailed instructions.

For Reviewers: Our reviewer database and assignment systems are being migrated. You will receive new login credentials and instructions once the migration is complete.

For Readers: All published articles remain accessible. The new Digital Commons platform will provide enhanced search features and better user experience.

New Manuscript Submission System

We will soon announce the launch of our new manuscript submission system on the Digital Commons platform. The new system will offer:

  • Simplified and intuitive submission process
  • Enhanced tracking of manuscript status
  • Improved reviewer assignment and management
  • Better integration with indexing databases
  • Faster publication times
